Marketing Manager (RegTech Startup)

RegMetrics is a regulatory compliance software solution for medical devices. Our mission is to simplify the regulatory journey, saving MedTech innovators and academics time and money while helping bring life-changing medical devices to market. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team on a part or full-time basis to help us make regulation fun!

Role Overview

This position will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our online platform. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise level customers, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement a lead generation strategy, which includes originating customer leads, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain an innovative and consistent brand identity that aligns with our company values and vision.
  • Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Content Creation: Produce authentic high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collateral Development: Design and create marketing and presentation collateral, such as brochures, flyers, pitch decks and branded merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in marketing, preferably in a technology startup environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Measurables

  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand identity strategy.
  • Produce analytics which measure success of different lead generation activities throughout the pipeline.
  • Issue customer engagement campaigns and manage customer engagement via our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Create, design, and manage marketing and presentation collateral.
  • Produce two (2) LinkedIn posts per week.

Benefits

  • Full-time basis with an annual salary of £35,000 to £45,000. We are open to discussing part-time employment opportunities also.
